SPR "77" Theta Psi

I attended a predominatly white university with a limited number of Black organizations, and joining Kappa Alpha Psi was an opportunity to start something new. I played football, amongst other sports and campus activities, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Virginia Tech. The brotherhood, the bond and friendship all stood out to me. Upon graduation, I had a commision in the United States Army,which allowed me the opportunity to travel all over the world. There were brothers in every place I went, so no place was a strange place. My son, my nephew, and son-in-law are Kappas; we are a Kappa family. Doing positive and great things for the community makes me proud. I am now a retired school Administrator. Playing golf, riding my Harley Davis motorcycle, suporting the Fraternity and an occasional cigar is what I do.
