Darnell Spicely of Norfolk, VA obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Virginia State University. Brother Spicely explains himself as humble and quiet but very hard-working. He is a strong supporter of all Kappa endeavors and has served on a number of committees and held numerous positions.

Initiate Chapter: Hartford Alumni Chapter Fall '87

Robert L. Moore, JR. of Boston, MA attended University of Hartford where he received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He later went on to receive his Master's of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University. Brother Moore was President of the African American Student Association (AASA) at University of Hartford from 1986-1987 and was also Captain of University of Hartford's football team. 

Vision for the chapter: To further the goal of the fraternity in instilling a sense of belonging and confidence to young African American men. Professionally, I am a business owner of TeamLogic It of Suffolk, VA and I am looking to be able to provide opportunities for young technical minds.

Donald Larrimore of Gloucester, VA obtained his Bachelor of  Science degree in Industrial Technology from Norfolk State University. Brother Larrimore was also the US Army Master Instructor Radar Division. He describes himself as a self-starter who will give 100% to insure the chapter and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity remains the premier chapter and Fraternity.

Decosta A. Holmes of Augusta, Georgia attended Albany State College, University of the State of New York and University of New Haven. Brother Holmes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations. He is also a United States Navy veteran, where he was a Master Chief Petty Officer and retired from the Virginia Employment Commission.

James A. Kelly, Jr. is a dedicated professional with many years of experience in State Government Services. He has extensive experiences in providing Human Resources, Financial and Social Services Management. His mission has always been to be of service to those who need a helping hand.

 

He is retired from the Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement.  An active member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, Portsmouth, VA where he serves in the Music Ministry and a member of the Chesapeake Human Services Advisory Board. He is a graduate of Averett University, Danville VA with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management. 

 

James hobbies include golfing, baking, gardening and Teaching and coaching Kids golf with the Tidewater Youth Golf Association Summer Programs.
